1. Terms & Conditions of Protocol Use
By connecting a Web3 wallet, purchasing LAI tokens, or participating in the Lemon AI network, you irrevocably agree to comply with these Terms of Service. Lemon AI is a decentralized software protocol deployed on Binance Smart Chain.
Users are responsible for safeguarding their private keys, seed phrases, and Web3 credentials. The protocol developers possess no administrative backdoor to recover lost private keys or reverse on-chain blockchain transactions.
2. Privacy Policy & Zero-Knowledge Architecture
Lemon AI is designed from the ground up on digital sovereignty principles. Audio and video communication streams flow peer-to-peer across decentralized WebRTC relays with cryptographic stream privacy.
We do NOT log, store, sell, or analyze your call audio, metadata, contact directories, or geographic coordinates. All AI neural translation model inference occurs locally on-device.
3. Risk Disclosure Statement
"LAI is a digital utility token. Digital assets involve significant risks including price volatility and regulatory risk. No profit or return is guaranteed unless expressly stated in legally binding terms."
- Market Risk: Cryptographic token values can fluctuate significantly due to macro market movements.
- Smart Contract Risk: While audited, immutable smart contracts carry inherent EVM execution risks.
- Regulatory Risk: Legal frameworks governing utility tokens and decentralized software vary by jurisdiction.
4. Token Sale & Vesting Terms
The LAI Token Sale distributes 3,600,000 LAI across three phases (Phase 1: $0.50, Phase 2: $0.75, Phase 3: $1.00). All purchases trigger on-chain package creation within UserPackageVesting.
Non-Custodial Vesting Schedule:
🔒 12 Months Lock (0% claimable during lock period) → Month 13 to Month 22 (10% unlocked progressively each month).
5. Strict No-Refund Policy
Due to the irreversible nature of distributed ledger transactions on Binance Smart Chain, all token acquisitions and smart contract interactions are final and non-refundable once committed on-chain.
6. Sanctions & Restricted Jurisdictions
Residents, citizens, or entities incorporated in OFAC-sanctioned jurisdictions or countries where digital asset sales are strictly prohibited by law (including but not limited to North Korea, Iran, Syria, Cuba, and sanctioned regions) are strictly barred from participating in the token sale.
7. Open Source & Intellectual Property
Smart contracts are released under open-source licenses on BSC. The Lemon AI brand, graphical trademarks, neural translation weights, and proprietary relay protocols remain the property of Lemon AI Foundation.
8. Cookie & Local Storage Policy
Lemon AI does not deploy third-party advertising cookies or cross-site tracking scripts. Only minimal local browser storage (session tokens, connected wallet address cache) is utilized to maintain seamless dApp connectivity.
